When making a booking with Tiny Town Café, our visitors are agreeing to our T’s&C’s set out below.

General

Tiny Town Café is a play area for children aged 0-6 years, parents/guardians take full responsibility of the children in their care and should always supervise. Tiny Town Café staff cannot be asked to supervise children under any circumstances.

Although Tiny Town Café is designed for 0-6 years, all children are welcome, but parents/guardians should be aware that some of our resources are not for all children/older children.

Children should always be accompanied by an adult.

All visitors, children/parents/guardians should treat all resources, other visitors, and staff with respect.

Bookings can be made in advance via our website, telephone, or app. We accept walk-in bookings, but these should be within our scheduled play sessions. No deduction in admission fee will be made for walk-in bookings if play session has already begun. (Please see our play sessions below). By making a booking with Tiny Town Café you are signing up to our mailing list. 

Our play sessions are 90 minutes long and are as follows:

Monday – Saturday:

9:30am – 11am / 11:30am – 1pm / 1:30pm – 3pm

Sunday

8am – 9:30am / 10am – 11:30am / 11:30am – 1:30pm / 2pm – 3:30pm / 4pm – 5:30pm

  • Tiny Town Café reserves the right to close whole or part play session/s at any time if deemed necessary for the security and safety of all visitors and staff. Choice of transfer or refund will be offered.

Our Rules

  • Only food and drinks purchased in Tiny Town Café may be consumed onsite. (Baby food is the only exception).
  • Children and adults that are unwell or who have been unwell must not visit Tiny Town Café until after 48 hours recovery. Transfers require 24 hours’ notice.
  • If any visitor, child or adult is unwell during their time at Tiny Town Café, they must leave the premises immediately or will be asked to do so. No refund or transfer will be offered.
  • Tiny Town Café reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any visitor to leave at any time. If rules are not being followed, if they are proving a threat or danger to staff and/or other visitors.
  • Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty persons will be asked to leave immediately with no refund or return.
  • Any wilful damage will have to be paid for by guardians.
  • Running, chasing or crashing games will not be tolerated, this is to ensure the safety and protection of other visitors and resources.
  • To ensure the safety of all guests, foreign objects must not enter the play areas. Foreign objects Include (but are not limited to) keys, phones, wallets, purses, jewellery, cigarettes, lighters, matches, e-cigarettes, coins, safety pins, pens, etc
  • Adults must ensure both their and their children’s pockets are empty of any potentially harmful objects when entering play areas
  • No food/drink/chewing is allowed in the play areas.
  • Tiny Town Café is a no smoking area. This includes any form of E-Cigarette.
  • Please contact Tiny Town Café if you have any special requirements before visiting – allergy, disability, medical condition or any other needs that may impact your visit.
  • Tiny Town Café will not accept any responsibility for lost valuable items. Visitors should always keep items of value on their persons.
  • We will not accept any responsibility for any damages to visitors property.

Entry

  • Pre booked sessions hold priority over walk in bookings, if we are fully booked then unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate you at that time.
  • Entry prices are listed in GBP on our website & app – (Insert website)
  • Our entry prices can be changed at any time without notice.
  • The entry price is for admission only, refreshments are available to purchase separately from our Café.

Transfers & Cancellations

  • Tiny Town Café offers a 24-hour notice period before your play session to transfer your session to a different date/time. All bookings are non-refundable.
  • If you miss your play session, whole/part, refunds or transfers will not be offered. Tiny Town Café will not accept accountability for: traffic/road works/incidents/weather/illness if 24-hour notice period is missed.

Groups & Parties

  • Comply with all rules of Tiny Town Café.
  • Please email bookings@tinytownnewbury.co.uk to enquire about parties

Photography

  • Visitors are allowed to take photos/videos of their child/children whilst onsite, but please avoid taking photos/videos of other visitors.
  • Tiny Town Café cannot be held accountable for any photos/videos posted on public accounts without prior permission of the persons/guardians within the photos/videos.
  • Tiny Town Café will not post or advertise photos/videos of visitors without prior permission.

Taste-Safe Messy Play – Terms & Conditions

  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. Adults remain fully responsible for their child’s safety and behaviour.
  • Messy play materials are made from taste-safe, food-based ingredients but are not intended for consumption.
  • Parents/carers must inform staff of any allergies before the session. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and cross-contamination may occur.
  • Suitable clothing must be worn. We are not responsible for stained or damaged clothing.
  • Children who are unwell should not attend. Handwashing facilities are available and encouraged.
  • Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.
  • Bookings are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by us.

By attending, you agree to these terms and accept that messy play involves minor risks.
